I was never really interested in politics until I came to Washington, DC on the eve of the 2004 presidential election. Since then I have greedily consumed political news on a daily basis. I enjoy reading other people's political blogs and comments written in CNN's Political Ticker. With the 2008 presidential election looming ahead of us, I decided it was time for me to organize my thoughts in the form of a political blog.
